Personal invitation of the City of Dublin, by the President of Ireland Mary Robinson und the Minister of the Environment Mary Harney to create an City Art Work about James Joyce and the river Liffey (his Anna Livia in Finnegans Wake), which separates the city of Dublin in two parts. This was an event for Dublin as Cultural City of Europe.
